Leicester and Leicestershire startups encouraged to apply to new high growth accelerator

Startups in Leicester and Leicestershire are being encouraged to apply to a brand new accelerator focussed on high growth fundraising.

FundingHero, a platform which guides founders through the step-by-step process of raising funds, launches its accelerator in January 2025.

Participants in the cohort will have the opportunity to pitch for up to £500,000* from Haatch, alongside other investors, at a demo day hosted by Minerva Business Angels at The Shard in London (*subject to investment committee approval, due diligence, and formal contracts).

The programme is being supported by British Business Bank, Minerva Business Angels, East Midlands Combined County Authority and Leicester and Leicestershire Business and Skills Partnership.
