Rutland entrepreneur Robert Flint has launched a new business book all about building a career and business through referrals.
‘Working with Strangers’ is now available on Amazon and the author claims it will help readers identify different types of referral partner in order to grow your business, collaborate with others, exploit your marketing and budget and use tech to reinforce human interactions.
Flint says that recommendations, introductions and networking is widely recognised as the surest ways to build a career, grow a business, create teams and that referrals are the “human links that turn collaboration into a superpower.”
He adds that the book has been written using his experience of creating a global network of over a hundred specialist professional firms.
On Linkedin Robert said:
“For the first time, I am a published author.
“It’s been a long slog. Drafts and redrafts, interviews, calls, meetings and more LinkedIn posts than anyone should be responsible for in a lifetime.”
