Two Leicestershire startups have won awards at the Midlands StartUp Awards.
Loughborough’s LiveTech Games create multiplayer live games for mobile and won Digital Startup of the Year and its co-founder Nathan Moore was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
The Queer Campfire, a weekend camping retreat for LGBTQIA+ women, trans & non-binary people won Hospitality and Events StartUp of the Year.
The StartUp Awards were established in 2022 to highlight the success of startups across ten UK nations and regions and to celebrate the achievements of entrepreneurs in all sectors of the economy.
Originally formed as the Wales StartUp Awards, the Awards Series has joined forces with the Great British Entrepreneur Awards to take the celebration of newly formed businesses nationwide.
