Business owners in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland are being invited to take part in a study on productivity.
The ‘Pathways to Productivity’ survey is seeking to learn about the productivity challenges facing micro (less than 10 employees and an annual turnover under €2 million) and small businesses (less than 50 employees and an annual turnover under €10 million).
It aims to understand and improve the knowledge and competencies of SME leaders in the innovation process as a driver to increase productivity.
Loughborough Business School and the University of Leicester School of Business are also hosting a half-day workshop for SME leaders on the subject at the the Leicester Business Festival on 13th November from 09:30 to 13:00.
