The founders of a Leicester food and drink startup have started a podcast.
Table and Kin, which is a business connecting local independent producers with consumers, has now released two episodes of its podcast of the same name.
In the show co-founder Matthew Halford explores the stories behind food and drink makers, delving into their challenges and triumphs along with insights on nutrition and fitness.
Commenting on LinkedIn many months ago, Matthew said:
“Since we embarked on the journey of building and growing Table & Kin, we’ve delved into what has been a broken food system with enthusiasm to bring change, connecting with incredible independent producers who are reshaping the industry.
“From young, vibrant farmers challenging norms to artisan bread makers with a brilliantly cool twist and passionate craft beer brewers making a big splash.
“We’ll explore their successes, failures, wisdom and their plans to help us change how we shop, eat and who we eat it with.
“In our upcoming podcast, we’ll share not only their stories but also those of chefs, food critics, taste experts and much more.”
